Yamamoto Ultra B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins in high doses – including methylcobalamin – plus inositol and choline in a single vegetable capsule. Yamamoto® Nutrition is an Italian sports nutrition brand; its products are made in Italy.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: inositol 100 mg; choline 41.5 mg; niacin 30 mg (188% NRV); thiamin 25 mg (2273% NRV); riboflavin 25 mg (1786% NRV); pantothenic acid 18 mg (300% NRV); vitamin B6 9.5 mg (679% NRV); folic acid 400 µg (200% NRV); biotin 100 µg (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 35 µg (1400% NRV).

Ingredients: inositol, choline bitartrate, capsule (HPMC), thiamin HCl, nicotinamide, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, riboflavin, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine HCl, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, colour (calcium carbonate), folic acid, D-biotin, methylcobalamin.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, preferably with the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
