Beskrivning

NOW Foods Methyl B-12 contains vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin, one of the two coenzyme forms the body uses directly. The lozenge can be chewed or left to dissolve in the mouth, and the B-12 is not of animal origin – suitable for vegetarians and vegans, who get little B-12 from food.

Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal red blood cell formation, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Sweetened with xylitol, stevia and monk fruit

Ingredienser

Per lozenge: vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg.

Other ingredients: xylitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavours, organic stevia leaf extract, organic monk fruit extract.

Användning

Adults: 1 lozenge once or twice a day – chew it or let it dissolve in the mouth, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
