Beskrivning

Swanson Activated B-Complex uses advanced, coenzyme or highly bioavailable forms of B vitamins: benfotiamine (fat-soluble B1), riboflavin-5'-phosphate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), methylcobalamin, calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and inositol hexanicotinate, plus choline and PABA.

Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin and riboflavin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Folate, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Per capsule: riboflavin (riboflavin 5'-phosphate) 25 mg; niacin (inositol hexanicotinate) 50 mg NE; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 25 mg; folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 400 µg DFE; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250 µg; biotin 25 µg; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) 27.36 mg; choline (choline dihydrogen citrate) 25 mg; benfotiamine 36 mg; PABA 25 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegan capsule (hypromellose), silica, magnesium stearate.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
