Osavi B-Complex with Choline & Inositol provides all eight B vitamins in active or well-absorbed forms – including L-methylfolate (calcium salt) and methylcobalamin – together with VitaCholine™ choline bitartrate and inositol.

B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, folate, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Choline contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function (from 82.5 mg/day).

Ingredienser

Per capsule: thiamin (B1) 25 mg (2273% NRV); riboflavin (B2) 25 mg (1786% NRV); niacin (B3) 25 mg (156% NRV); vitamin B6 10 mg (714% NRV); folate (calcium L-methylfolate) 200 µg (100% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100 µg (4000% NRV); biotin 100 µg (200% NRV); pantothenic acid 50 mg (833% NRV); choline (VitaCholine™) 25 mg; inositol 25 mg.

Other ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), choline bitartrate, calcium D-pantothenate, inositol, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, D-biotin.

Allergens: none.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day in the morning after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Riboflavin may colour the urine bright yellow – this is harmless.
