Glycine is the smallest and simplest amino acid, and the body uses it in many places: to make proteins (it is a major part of collagen), glutathione, creatine and haem. In the brain and spinal cord it also works as a calming messenger substance, which is why many people take it in the evening.

NOW Foods Glycine provides 1,000 mg of free-form, pharmaceutical-grade glycine per vegetarian capsule.

Användning

Adults: 1–3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
