Vitamin B-6 takes part in many enzyme reactions, especially in the metabolism of protein and amino acids. It contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to normal homocysteine metabolism, to normal red blood cell formation, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and immune system, to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

NOW Foods Vitamin B-6 provides 100 mg of pyridoxine in one vegetarian capsule a day.

This is a high dose. Long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B-6 can cause nerve problems – do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule).

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
