NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 comes as a pink lozenge you chew or let dissolve in the mouth – handy for anyone who prefers not to swallow tablets.

Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to the process of cell division. Because natural sources of B-12 are almost exclusively animal foods, it is a common choice for people on a vegan or vegetarian diet.

Two strengths

1,000 mcg – vitamin B-12 as cyanocobalamin, plus 100 mcg of folic acid. Folate, like B-12, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
2,000 mcg – three forms of B-12 in one lozenge: cyanocobalamin and the coenzyme forms methylcobalamin and dibencozide.

Vegan, halal and kosher. Made without gluten, soy, dairy, eggs or nuts.

Per lozenge: vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1,000 mcg; folate 170 mcg DFE (100 mcg folic acid).

Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin, organic stevia leaf extract, silicon dioxide.

Per lozenge: vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and dibencozide) 2,000 mcg.

Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, citric acid, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 lozenge a day, preferably with a meal. Chew it or let it dissolve in the mouth, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
