NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 is the high-strength version of the B-complex: 100 mg (or 100 mcg) of each main B vitamin, 400 mcg of folic acid, plus small amounts of choline, inositol and PABA – all in one vegetarian capsule a day.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Vitamins B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-12 and folate also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: thiamin (vitamin B-1, from thiamin HCl) 100 mg; riboflavin (vitamin B-2) 100 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 100 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg; folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg; biotin 100 mcg; pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 100 mg; choline (from choline bitartrate) 10 mg; inositol 10 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Varningar

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Contains biotin, which can interfere with some laboratory blood tests – tell your doctor you are taking it. Riboflavin may colour urine bright yellow; this is harmless. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
