Beskrivning

NOW Foods P-5-P provides vitamin B-6 in its active coenzyme form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which the body can use directly without first converting it in the liver. Chelated magnesium (TRAACS® bisglycinate) is added.

Vitamin B-6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the regulation of hormonal activity and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: vitamin B-6 (from 50 mg pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate) 33 mg; magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate, TRAACS®) 25 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
