Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins – thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin and pantothenic acid – with a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegan.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic potato starch.

Allergens: contains celery. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, peanut, tree nuts and shellfish.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules a day, with or without food. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
