Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW B-12 provides 1000 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae, with a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Per capsule: vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40,000% NRV); raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg; raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 20 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice husk.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food. The capsule may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
