Doctor's Best Fully Active B12 provides 1500 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, an active coenzyme form of the vitamin that does not need to be converted in the body. Vitamin B12 is found almost exclusively in animal foods, which makes it an important nutrient for vegans and vegetarians.
