Per capsule: thiamin (thiamin HCl) 60 mg (5455% NRV); riboflavin (riboflavin and riboflavin-5-phosphate) 75 mg (5357% NRV); niacin (niacinamide and niacin) 50 mg (313% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 50 mg (3571% NRV); folate (Quatrefolic®) 400 µg DFE (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40,000% NRV); biotin 600 µg (1200% NRV); pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 100 mg (1667% NRV); vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 40 mg (50% NRV).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Riboflavin may colour urine bright yellow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Niacin may cause temporary flushing (warmth, redness, itching). Contains a high dose of vitamin B6 (above the EU tolerable upper intake level of 12 mg/day) – long-term intake of high-dose vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy); do not use for prolonged periods without medical supervision and stop use if you experience tingling or numbness. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. High intakes of folate may mask vitamin B12 deficiency.
