BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray provides a high 1200 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, together with chromium, in a sugar-free spray with natural apricot flavour. BetterYou oral sprays are designed to be sprayed onto the inside of the cheek, where the fine mist is taken up through the mucous membrane of the mouth – a convenient alternative for people who dislike swallowing tablets. Vitamin B12 is found almost exclusively in animal foods, so it is a key nutrient for vegans.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function and normal red blood cell formation.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Free from sugar, artificial colours and flavourings, fillers, dairy, gluten, wheat and soy

Ingredienser

Per 4 sprays: vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1200 µg (48000% NRV); chromium (chloride) 40 µg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin, flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride.

Allergens: none.

Användning

Adults: 4 sprays a day, together or separately. Children 3–12 years: half dose. Shake before use; prime the pump with 3 presses on first use. Spray onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
