Allnutrition Beta-Alanine Endurance Max combines beta-alanine with taurine and vitamin B6. Beta-alanine is the precursor of carnosine, a dipeptide found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 0.8 g serving: beta-alanine 720 mg, taurine 80 mg, vitamin B6 0.1 mg (7% NRV).

Ingredients: beta-alanine, taurine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Användning

Adults: 1 serving (0.8 g, about ⅛ scoop, or the equivalent in capsules) up to 3 times a day in 50 ml of water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
