Beskrivelse
Swanson L-Carnitine supplies 500 mg of L-carnitine base per tablet. L-carnitine is a compound formed in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine and is found mainly in red meat and dairy foods; in cells it takes part in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria. The tablets are formulated with calcium carbonate.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: L-carnitine base 500 mg; calcium (carbonate) 190 mg (24% NRV).
Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, film coating (water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerin), silica.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet a day with water, 1–2 hours before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
