Glycine is the smallest and simplest amino acid, and the body uses it in many places: to make proteins (it is a major part of collagen), glutathione, creatine and haem. In the brain and spinal cord it also works as a calming messenger substance, which is why many people take it in the evening.

Per capsule: glycine (free-form) 1,000 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1–3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
