Swanson Acetyl L-Carnitine provides 500 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride (ALCAR) per capsule. ALCAR is the acetylated ester of L-carnitine, a compound the body makes from lysine and methionine and which is found mainly in red meat; the acetyl group makes the molecule more readily taken up into the brain.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: acetyl-L-carnitine HCl 500 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
