Raw Nutrition Acetyl L-Carnitine provides ALCAR, the acetylated form of L-carnitine – a compound made in the body from lysine and methionine and found mainly in red meat, involved in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria. The acetyl form is often chosen by athletes and for focus.

Anvendelse
Adults: 1–2 capsules a day with water – e.g. 30–60 minutes before training with a carbohydrate-containing meal, or in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
