ProSupps L-Carnitine 3000 is a sugar- and caffeine-free liquid with 3000 mg of L-carnitine and 10 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) per tablespoon (15 ml). L-carnitine is a compound made in the body from lysine and methionine and found mainly in red meat; it is involved in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per 15 ml (1 tablespoon): L-carnitine 3000 mg; pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 10 mg (167% NRV).

Other ingredients: purified water, L-carnitine (tartrate), citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Anvendelse

Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day, neat or mixed with water, 30 minutes before exercise or in the morning. Shake well; refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
