Olimp Beta-Alanine Carno Rush Mega Tabs contains beta-alanine together with L-histidine – the two amino acids that form carnosine in muscle – plus sodium citrate and vitamin B6.

- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser
Per 4 tablets: beta-alanine 3200 mg; sodium citrate 600 mg (of which sodium 135.2 mg); L-histidine HCl 200 mg (of which L-histidine 162 mg); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV).
Ingredients: cellulose, beta-alanine, sodium citrate, L-histidine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, thickener croscarmellose sodium, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Allergens: none declared.
Anvendelse
Adults: 3–4 tablets a day with a meal or before training, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary harmless tingling sensation.
