NOW Foods Magnesium & Calcium reverses the classic ratio, giving twice as much magnesium as calcium – for people who want more magnesium in their day. Magnesium comes from five forms (including glycinate and taurinate), calcium partly from Aquamin® seaweed minerals, and zinc as L-OptiZinc®.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Available in 100 and 250 tablet packs

Ingredienser

Per 3 tablets: magnesium (from magnesium oxide, glycinate, taurinate, citrate and Aquamin® seaweed minerals) 800 mg; calcium (from Aquamin® seaweed minerals and calcium citrate) 400 mg; zinc (from L-OptiZinc® monomethionine) 15 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1,000 IU).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian coating (polydextrose, hypromellose, calcium carbonate, medium-chain triglycerides), maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 tablets a day with food or at bedtime, preferably in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
