NOW Foods Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder provides magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine (Albion™ chelate), a form known for good absorption and gentleness on the stomach.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- 300 mg magnesium per level teaspoon (3 g)
Ingredienser
Per level teaspoon (about 3 g): magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate, Albion™) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: citric acid.
Anvendelse
Adults: mix 1 level teaspoon into at least 180 ml of water or juice; take once or twice a day with food. Always dilute before drinking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
