Applied Nutrition Beta-Alanine 1500 provides pure beta-alanine in plant-based capsules. Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring beta-amino acid which the body combines with histidine to form carnosine, a dipeptide stored in skeletal muscle. It is widely used by athletes in strength and high-intensity sports. Vegan, Halal certified and Informed-Sport tested.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: beta-alanine 1500 mg.
Other ingredients: bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), HPMC (vegetable capsule shell).
Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
Anvendelse
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day for the first 4 weeks, then 2 capsules once a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
