Trace Minerals ZEROLyte is a high-sodium, sugar-free electrolyte drink mix for heavy sweating – based on unrefined ancient sea salt with potassium and magnesium citrate, coconut water powder and ConcenTrace® trace minerals, sweetened with stevia.

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Ingredienser

Per packet (7.6 g): energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate <1 g; magnesium (citrate) 80 mg (21% NRV); chloride (sea salt) 1500 mg (188% NRV); sodium (sea salt) 1000 mg; potassium (citrate) 500 mg (25% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 100 mg; coconut water powder 100 mg.

Other ingredients: ancient sea salt, citric acid, natural flavourings, sweetener (stevia leaf extract – Reb A), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Användning

Adults: 1 packet mixed with 500 ml–1 litre of water, during or after exercise or heavy sweating. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
