Swanson L-Methionine provides 500 mg of free-form L-methionine, an essential sulphur-containing amino acid that the body cannot make itself. It occurs in eggs, fish, meat, sesame seeds and Brazil nuts, and is a precursor of cysteine, taurine and S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe).

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
