Beskrivning
Swanson Full Spectrum Guar Gum contains guar gum from the seeds of the guar bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), grown mainly in India. Guar gum is a soluble fibre (galactomannan) that thickens strongly when mixed with water and is widely used in the food industry.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba, seed) 800 mg; carbohydrate <1 g, of which fibre <1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with at least 250 ml of water. Take other medication at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Must be taken with plenty of liquid (at least 250 ml) – taking it without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
