Swanson Berberine provides 400 mg of berberine hydrochloride per capsule. Berberine is a bright yellow alkaloid found in the roots and bark of plants such as barberry (Berberis), goldenseal and Coptis, long used in Ayurvedic and Chinese traditions.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: berberine HCl 400 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Contains berberine – do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. People with diabetes or hypoglycaemia, or taking any medication (berberine interacts with many drugs, including diabetes medication, blood thinners, ciclosporin and statins), must consult a doctor before use. May cause digestive upset. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
