Swanson Premium Biotin provides 5,000 µg (5 mg) of D-biotin, the naturally occurring form of this water-soluble B vitamin (vitamin B7), in a small capsule.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and mucous membranes.
Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal macronutrient metabolism.
Biotin contributes to normal psychological function and the normal function of the nervous system.

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule).

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
