Swanson L-Glutamine Powder is pure AjiPure® L-glutamine (Ajinomoto), made by fermentation from plant raw materials. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body and in skeletal muscle. The unflavoured powder mixes easily into water or juice.

Användning
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) into water or juice once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
