Swanson Premium Activated Charcoal is fine charcoal powder that has been "activated" – treated to create an extremely porous structure with a very large surface area. It is supplied in simple gelatin capsules with no other additives.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule).
Användning
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Take at least 2 hours apart from medication and other supplements, as charcoal can reduce their absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Activated charcoal can reduce the absorption of medicines and nutrients – take it separately. May cause black stools. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
