Skill Nutrition Joints & Flex is a flavoured drink powder combining 6 g of hydrolysed bovine collagen with glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), chondroitin sulphate (from fish), MSM and a high dose of vitamin C. The daily amount is split into three small servings. Made in Poland; halal suitable.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bones and skin.
Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredienser

Per daily dose (3 scoops, 13.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 6000 mg; glucosamine sulphate potassium chloride 1500 mg (of which glucosamine sulphate 1145 mg, glucosamine 885 mg); chondroitin sulphate 1200 mg; MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1500 mg; vitamin C 990 mg (1237% NRV).

Ingredients: bovine collagen peptides, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (from crustaceans), methylsulfonylmethane, chondroitin sulphate (from fish), L-ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavourings, maltodextrin, colours: beta-carotene (White Grape also: copper complexes of chlorophyllins), sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose.

Allergens: crustaceans, fish.

Användning

Adults: dissolve 1 scoop (4.5 g) in 100 ml of water and drink 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
