Osavi Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola is a cherry & strawberry flavoured drink powder combining 5 g creatine monohydrate with fruiting-body extracts of lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus), cordyceps and chaga (each standardised to 30% beta-glucans), rhodiola root extract, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and zinc. Sweetened with stevia and coloured with black carrot and beetroot concentrates.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g; for adults performing high-intensity exercise).
Vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Per scoop (10 g): creatine monohydrate 5 g, providing creatine 4.4 g; lion's mane fruiting body extract (Hericium erinaceus, DER 10:1) 1000 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans (300 mg); cordyceps fruiting body extract (Cordyceps sinensis, DER 10:1) 1000 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans (300 mg); chaga fruiting body extract (Inonotus obliquus, DER 10:1) 500 mg, standardised to 30% beta-glucans (150 mg); rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea, DER 3–4:1) 300 mg, with 3% rosavins (9 mg) and 1% salidroside (3 mg); vitamin B6 6 mg (429% NRV); pantothenic acid 6 mg (100% NRV); zinc (citrate) 10 mg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: acidity regulator: citric acid, maltodextrin, black carrot concentrate powder, beetroot concentrate powder, natural cherry flavouring, natural strawberry flavouring, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, zinc citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium D-pantothenate.

Användning

Adults: 1 scoop (10 g) a day dissolved in 250 ml of water. Keep the moisture absorber in the tub; the powder may clump if stored incorrectly – this does not affect safety or quality. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
