Osavi Ashwagandha EXTRA contains 400 mg of ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, DER 6–7:1) standardised to 2.5% withanolides, combined with vitamin B12 in its methylcobalamin form. Ashwagandha has a long history of use in Ayurvedic tradition.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, DER 6–7:1) 400 mg, standardised to 2.5% withanolides (10 mg); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100 µg (4000% NRV).

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), inulin.

Allergens: none.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
