Olimp HMB Mega Caps provides calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (CaHMB) in large capsules. HMB is formed in the body from the amino acid L-leucine.

Per 4 capsules: CaHMB 5000 mg, of which HMB 4000 mg.

Ingredients: calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (CaHMB) 86.2%, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule: gelatine.

Allergens: none declared.

Användning

Adults: 2–4 capsules a day, ideally 1 capsule 2–4 times a day (before breakfast, before and after training, before sleep), with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
