Olimp HMB provides calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (CaHMB). HMB is formed in the body from the amino acid L-leucine.

Per 8 capsules: CaHMB 5000 mg, of which HMB 4000 mg.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules 4 times a day – before breakfast, before and after training and before sleep – with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
