Beskrivning

NOW Foods Silica Complex provides silica from horsetail (Equisetum arvense) extract – one of the richest plant sources of silicon – together with calcium, chelated zinc and manganese, and boron. Silicon is found in connective tissue, hair, skin and nails.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and bones.
Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal formation of connective tissue.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: horsetail stem extract (Equisetum arvense; with maltodextrin) 575 mg, providing silica 40 mg; calcium (citrate) 50 mg; zinc 5 mg; manganese 2 mg; boron 1 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), hydroxypropyl cellulose, rice flour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetarian coating, citric acid.

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
