Carnosine is a dipeptide – a small molecule made of two amino acids, beta-alanine and histidine. The body keeps it in high concentrations in muscle and nerve tissue, and those levels are known to fall with age.

NOW Foods L-Carnosine provides 500 mg of carnosine per vegetarian capsule, allowing a flexible dose of 1 to 3 capsules a day.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: L-carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
