Naughty Boy® Hydration is a sugar-free, zero-calorie electrolyte drink with potassium, magnesium, sodium, chloride and calcium, plus selenium, taurine, creatine monohydrate and MitoReds® – a blend of more than 30 fruits and vegetables with MitoPrime® L-ergothioneine. Sweetened with stevia, for training days and everyday hydration.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Användning

Adults: 1 scoop (8.5 g) mixed with 400 ml of cold water, during or after training or during the day; adjust water to taste. Up to 2 servings a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
