Life Extension Optimized Carnitine combines three forms of carnitine – acetyl-L-carnitine HCl, acetyl-L-carnitine arginate di-HCl and glycine propionyl-L-carnitine (GPLC) HCl. Carnitine is a compound the body makes from lysine and methionine and which carries fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: acetyl-L-carnitine HCl 800 mg; acetyl-L-carnitine arginate di-HCl 300 mg; glycine propionyl-L-carnitine HCl 300 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach with water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
