Doctor's Best L-Carnitine Fumarate with Biosint® Carnitines provides 500 mg of L-carnitine per capsule from 855 mg of L-carnitine fumarate. L-carnitine is a compound made in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine and found mainly in red meat and dairy. Doctor's Best uses Biosint® L-carnitine fumarate, manufactured in Italy by Alfasigma, a compound of L-carnitine with fumaric acid.

Per capsule: L-carnitine 500 mg (from 855 mg Biosint® L-carnitine fumarate).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
