Applied Nutrition Milk Thistle provides a seed extract of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) standardised to 80% silymarin – the group of flavonolignans characteristic of the plant, which has been used in European herbal tradition for centuries. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract (80% silymarin), providing silymarin 174 mg (equivalent to 7200–8100 mg of milk thistle fruit).
Other ingredients: capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], bulking agent (rice flour), free-flowing agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae). Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (milk thistle may interact with some drugs, e.g. for diabetes) or have a hormone-sensitive condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
