Beskrivelse

Swanson TMG provides trimethylglycine (anhydrous betaine), a compound first isolated from sugar beet and also found in spinach, quinoa and wheat bran. Betaine acts as a methyl donor in the body.

Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 1.5 g).

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: trimethylglycine (anhydrous betaine) 1 g.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 capsules a day with water, with the first meal of the day. A daily intake of more than 4 g may increase blood cholesterol levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
