Swanson Daily B-Complex is an economical once-a-day vegan capsule with all eight B vitamins in balanced amounts, including methylcobalamin as vitamin B12, rounded out with choline, inositol and PABA.

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Thiamin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin and riboflavin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: thiamin (HCl) 3 mg (273% NRV); riboflavin 3.4 mg (243% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 40 mg NE (250% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 4 mg (286% NRV); folic acid 800 µg (400% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 12 µg (480% NRV); biotin 600 µg (1200% NRV); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) 20 mg (333% NRV); choline (bitartrate) 26 mg; inositol 26 mg; PABA 5 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice extract, calcium laurate.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
