Skill Nutrition Zn + Mg + B6 Sports Recovery combines magnesium citrate, OptiZinc® zinc (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate) and vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. Made in Poland; suitable for vegan, kosher and halal diets.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: magnesium 360 mg (96% NRV); zinc 15 mg (150% NRV); vitamin B6 6 mg (429% NRV).
Ingredients: magnesium citrate, inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate, natural vanilla flavouring), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Anvendelse
Adults: 3 capsules an hour before sleep with a glass of water. Do not combine with other zinc supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
