Osavi Vitamin B6 P-5-P provides pyridoxal 5'-phosphate – the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6, which does not need conversion in the liver.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P) 30 mg, providing vitamin B6 18 mg (1286% NRV).

Other ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day in the morning with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. High dose – long-term intake of vitamin B6 above 12 mg a day (EFSA upper level) may cause nerve damage (tingling, numbness); do not combine with other B6 supplements. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (e.g. levodopa) or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
