Skill Nutrition TMG provides trimethylglycine (betaine anhydrous), a compound found naturally in beetroot, spinach and whole grains. Three capsules supply 1.5 g of betaine – the amount for which the EU health claim applies. Made in Latvia; suitable for vegan and halal diets.

Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 1.5 g of betaine).

Ingredienser

Per 3 capsules: betaine (trimethylglycine) 1500 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), coconut milk extract, tapioca maltodextrin.

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 capsules in the morning with a meal and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
