OstroVit Anabolic Gainer is a carbohydrate-protein powder for people with high energy requirements. It combines maltodextrin and dextrose with whey protein concentrate and milk proteins, plus creatine monohydrate and taurine. Fat content is very low.

Per 100 g (vanilla): energy 1600 kJ / 382 kcal; fat 0.23 g, of which saturates <0.1 g; carbohydrates 76 g, of which sugars 23 g; fibre 1.2 g; protein 17 g; salt 0.11 g. Taurine 600 mg; creatine monohydrate 1500 mg (creatine 1320 mg).

Ingredients: maltodextrin, dextrose, whey protein concentrate (from milk) [contains lecithins or soy lecithin], milk proteins, creatine monohydrate, emulsifier (lecithins), thickeners (xanthan gum, gum arabic), taurine, sweetener (sucralose), flavouring, colour (carotenoids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Allergens: contains milk; may contain soy.

Anvendelse

Mix 100 g (6 scoops) with 200–250 ml of milk or water. Consume 1–2 servings a day as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
