Osavi Magnesium Citrate + B6 provides magnesium as well-absorbed magnesium citrate together with vitamin B6 in its active coenzyme form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P).
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: magnesium (citrate) 375 mg (100% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 4.2 mg (300% NRV).
Other ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Anvendelse
Adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
