Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 provides three B vitamins in active forms: folate as Quatrefolic® ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Folate, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and to normal blood formation.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 2.8 mg (200% NRV); folate (Quatrefolic®) 400 µg (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100 µg (4000% NRV).

Other ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
